Do you offer a free trial?
Yes — 14 days, no credit card required. You get the full feature set during the trial. We will email you a few days before it ends so you can decide.
How is BravoBIM priced?
Per seat by role (architect, project manager, accountant). Modules like DMS, Tenders and Site logs are added à la carte. See /pricing for current numbers.
Where is my data hosted?
In the EU (Frankfurt region). Postgres-backed with row-level security on every table. Daily backups. Audit logs for privileged actions.
Is BravoBIM GDPR-compliant?
Yes. We are an EU-based company processing EU data on EU infrastructure. We sign DPAs on request and never sell or share customer data.
What languages does the product support?
English and Lithuanian today. French, German and Polish are on the roadmap. Translations are managed from the admin without a deploy, so any customer can refine wording.
Can I migrate data from another tool?
Yes — we support Excel/CSV imports for clients, contacts, projects and estimates today. For larger migrations from Asana, Trello or industry-specific tools, our team helps with one-off scripts during onboarding.
Do you support electronic signatures?
Yes — Dokobit Universal API integration for qualified e-signatures (eIDAS-compliant). Each customer connects their own Dokobit account from settings.
Can I share documents with clients without paying for their seat?
Yes. Client portals and subcontractor (tender) portals are token-based — they do not consume seats. Each portal has its own JWT and isolated RLS policies.
How often does BravoBIM ship updates?
Multiple times a week. See /changelog for the latest. Major features go through a beta with at least one customer before general release.
Can I self-host BravoBIM?
Not today. We focus engineering on our hosted offering so customers always run the latest version with patched security. Dedicated EU hosting tiers are available for larger studios.
