1. Service
BravoBIM provides cloud-based software for architecture firms — projects, estimates, tenders, site logs, documents and billing — under the subscription tiers described at /pricing.
2. Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for the activity of any users you invite into your workspace. Workspace owners can manage seats, roles and permissions.
3. Acceptable use
You will not use BravoBIM to store unlawful content, infringe on intellectual property, or attempt to subvert the platform's security.
4. Subscriptions and billing
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are issued case-by-case for service failures attributable to BravoBIM.
5. Data
You retain ownership of all data you put into BravoBIM. We process it on your behalf to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Service availability
We aim for 99.9% monthly uptime. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance via the in-app changelog and, where possible, by email.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement on 30 days' written notice. BravoBIM may suspend access immediately for material breach.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BravoBIM's aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Governing law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, with disputes resolved in the courts of Vilnius.
