1. Data controller
BravoBIM (Lithuania) is the data controller for personal data processed via our platform. Contact details are at the bottom of this page.
2. What we collect
- Account data — name, work email, role, workspace membership.
- Customer content — projects, contacts, documents and other data you put into BravoBIM.
- Usage data — pages visited, features used, performance and error telemetry.
- Billing data — invoice details processed via our billing provider (Stripe), card data is never stored on our servers.
3. Why we process it (legal basis)
- To deliver the service you signed up for (contract).
- To bill you (legal obligation, contract).
- To improve product reliability (legitimate interest).
- To send service announcements (legitimate interest).
4. Where data lives
BravoBIM data is stored on EU infrastructure (Frankfurt region). Backups stay in the EU. We do not transfer customer data outside the EEA.
5. Recipients and sub-processors
We use a small number of sub-processors (hosting, email delivery, billing, analytics, error tracking). The current list is available on request. No sub-processor receives more data than they need to provide their service.
6. Retention
Customer content is retained for the lifetime of the workspace. After cancellation, data is deleted within 90 days unless legally required to be retained (e.g. invoices for tax purposes).
7. Your rights
Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct, export, restrict processing of, or delete your personal data. Email us via the contact page and we will respond within 30 days.
8. Security
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest. Database access is row-level secure. Audit logs capture privileged actions. We regularly review access scopes and rotate credentials.
